By placing an order through Outlaw Engineering and accepting said goods, the buyer agrees to all the terms, conditions and policies stated herein. No written or spoken agreement will in any way supercede these terms, conditions or policies unless expressly stated in writing and signed by both the buyer and a representative of Outlaw Engineering.

PRICING POLICY

Outlaw engineering makes every effort to offer superior products at reasonable prices.
  • All listed prices do not include shipping or sales tax.
  • Prices are stated in U.S. dollars.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Indiana State Sales Tax (6.0%) will be applied to all orders shipped to Indiana addresses.

PAYMENT METHODS

All orders must be pre-paid before shipping, no COD's. There are four ways to pay:
  1. CREDIT CARD - Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards are accepted through the "PURCHASE" buttons from the website only. Credit card information cannot be taken over the phone. Your order will usually ship the next business day.


  2. MONEY ORDER - Money orders and international money orders are also accepted. They must be made payable to "Outlaw Engineering", be in U.S. funds, and include your shipping address. Your order will usually ship the next business day.


  3. CHECK - Items purchased with cashier's checks will be shipped immediately. Items purchased with personal checks will ship once the funds have cleared into our account. Make checks payable to "OUTLAW ENGINEERING".


  4. eCHECK - Items purchased through PayPal's eCheck option from the "PURCHASE" button will ship once the funds have cleared into our account.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders placed with Outlaw Engineering can be shipped to addresses around the globe. Orders will be shipped at the time described in the "Payment Methods" section above.
  1. Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority unless other arrangements have been made with Outlaw Engineering.


  2. International customers must contact Outlaw Engineering to obtain a shipping quote to the destination country.

  3. The buyer is responsible for all brokerage fees, taxes and duties required on orders shipped outside the United States.


  4. Outlaw Engineering will not list items as "gifts", list an incorrect value or provide any other false description on international customs documents unless the item is actually a gift or sample. To do so would be a violation of international customs laws.

GUARANTEE & LIABILITY POLICY

Outlaw Engineering strives to offer only the highest quality products. We recognize that it is possible that a product may be found to be defective. We will make every effort to work with the customer to rectify these situations to their satisfaction.

Guarantee
  1. We will gladly replace all parts deemed defective.


  2. We do not warranty any part that has become defective due to faulty installation or abuse in any way.


  3. We cannot accept responsibility for any inconvenience or loss encountered by the installation or use of a defective or incorrect part.


  4. We reserve the right to withhold refund or exchange until the defective part has been completely examined by Outlaw Engineering.

Liability of Product Use

  1. Items are sold for competition or off-road use only.


  2. It is the sole responsibility of the consumer to insure the use of their vehicle and any items purchased through Outlaw Engineering comply with Federal, State or Local laws and regulations.

RETURN GUIDELINES & PROCEDURE

Outlaw Engineering wishes to provide the highest quality products and outstanding customer service. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, please use the following guidelines and procedures to return the item.

Product Return Guidelines
  1. All returns must be pre-authorized by Outlaw Engineering.


  2. Returns or exchanges will only be accepted within 30 days of the original invoice date.


  3. Parts must be in clean, unused/original condition with original packaging.


  4. All items will be inspected before any exchange, credit or refund is issued.


  5. A 10% Restocking Fee plus original shipping fees will be charged on all returns unless the return was due to an Outlaw Engineering error.

Return Procedure

  1. Return freight charges must be pre-paid. COD's will not be accepted.


  2. Provide a detailed, written explanation of problem. Include name, address and day-time phone number of the person to contact if additional information is needed.


  3. Include all original packaging, instructions and other materials included in original shipment.

Return Address

  1. All items being returned must be sent pre-paid to the address on the "Contact Us" page.


  2. You will be notified when we have received your returned item.
